  3. This is a great encapsulation for those of us participating remotely. I found Ed Ayers’s practical perspective on how far we have come and what needs to happen next particularly motivating.

  4. I should add that the question section has a lot of great insights as well — the podcast equivalent of a “driveway moment.”
